- We ship from the Slovak Republic, which is located in Central Europe
- It takes 1-2 business days to process your order and 2 to 9 business days for its delivery, depending on your location and distance from Slovakia

If your package is returned due to reasons such as an incorrect address is provided during checkout or package is not called for or is refused, you will be responsible for the shipping fees associated with the re-shipment of your order to the correct address.

If you purchase a product from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You will provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). We will not posses your financial information. All the payments are done via the 3D SECURE system, where our bank will use your financial information to process your order. However, your financial information will not be retained.
We use your personal information for billing purposes to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing your order, we will use this information to contact you.
While making a purchase from The Bboy Spot Europe webstore, you may create a user name and password. Your Bboy Spot account will offer you the ability to quickly and easily proceed through the check out process on repeat visits. There is also option to receive our Email Newsletter updates. If you choose to receive the Newsletter, you can expect to receive an HTML newsletter at your email address, once the Newsletter is released.
The Bboy Spot Europe is the sole owner of the information collected on www.thebboyspot.eu.
- Returns & Replacements

It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your Bboy Spot merchandise, so we accept returns for up to 14 calendar days after receipt of your purchase. Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging and in the condition you received them to be eligible for a full refund; this excludes bargain items. Returns will be refunded after the warehouse has inspected items and declares the items are in their original condition.
No refunds are available for sale items - only exchange or store credit. You may exchange an item within 14 days of receipt for another item or store credit. Items worn, with stains cannot be returned. If you do ship such items, The Bboy Spot Europe will not be responsible for processing and returning such items.
To send an item back to us, please enclose the Bboy Spot Europe invoice which arrived with your package. You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as the Bboy Spot Europe cannot be responsible for lost returned shipments. Please, send your package to:

97401, Slovak RepublicOnce we receive your returned package, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. In case of refunds, we will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you would like to return a product that you already bought and would like to exchange it for a smaller or bigger size product (for example, pants with bigger or smaller size), you will be responsible for shipping fees of the returned product from your home to our warehouse, and we will pay for shipping of new product to your home. However, this only applies if you return a product for the first time. If you try to return and exchange a product for a second or more time, you will be reponsible for all shipping fees to and from our warehouse of the returned and new merchandise.
- Ordering
- Browse the site to locate the items you want to buy.
- When you find products you would like to purchase, choose the appropriate quantities, sizes, colors, and add the items to your cart.
- When you have finished shopping and are ready to checkout, click "Proceed to Checkout". You can check out as a guest, or you can register and create an account (this would speed up your order process on repeat visits).
- Fill out your billing and shipping information, and select your shipping method.
- Select your payment method. Based on your payment method, you may be redirected to PayPal or CardPay servers, where you can securely make a payment with the 3D SECURE protection software.
- Once you successfully make a payment at either PayPal or CardPay server, you should be redirected back to our webstore, where you can review your order. This does not apply to orders paid via Cash on Delivery, since these orders are not redirected to other servers.
- Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email with all order details. Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days from the order creation date, and you should expect to receive your order within 2-9 business days depending on your location and distance from our warehouse located in Slovakia.

- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- For your orders, you pay in your own currency in the amount that is equivalent to the order amount in Euros!
- We currently offer three methods of payment:
PayPal – Please use PayPal to pay with your VISA or MasterCard credit and debit cards, or if you have a PayPal account, you can use it to pay directly to our Paypal account. -
CardPay - You can use CardPay to pay with your VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, and Dinners Club credit and debit cards.
Cash on Delivery – Pay after your order is delivered (Only available in Slovakia and Czech Republic) - available in the Czech Republic only for orders over 50 Euros (excluding shipping fee)
- Updating Account Information
- You are responsible for keeping your information current in order for us to provide the best service to you. We use your information to contact you for any special offers, help, or vital questions. If we are unable to contact you for any reason due to invalid account information then you may not hold us liable for any preventable damages or costs as a result of being unable to contact you.
